Pros
The staff initially seemed nice (of course later realised I was being manipulated the whole way)
Cons
-2nd stage interview process was TEN hours of free labour from me (taken on bus to second location, unable to return by myself all day), they initially mislead candidates by not telling them they will walk outside at second location for this long.
-Pretend to be lucrative, make you feel special (just look at all the titles for the SAME job, the more people they trick time from the more profit for them)
-Read other reviews (Glassdoor, reddit), this is a DOOR TO DOOR SALES JOB. You will be forced to walk hours SIX DAYS A WEEK until 8PM in formal wear, bothering people in their homes.
-The SALARY stated on websites are LIES, you work on commission, they state starting salary is £200/week for nearly 70 hours work, and even this is an overestimation.
-This company is extremely manipulative, it profits by tricking average people, often when they're vulnerable, into HARD WORK for LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE.
-Cut throat attitude to customers, saw their "star employee" bully average people in their own homes to give their money for charity because she works on commission. If you care about people, decency, or honour AT ALL, don't waste your time.
