Loved working there and the staff

Was very slow didn’t make money

For the first two years I worked there, we had an amazing general manager and I genuinely enjoyed and loved my job. Unfortunately, once he left, the whole place fell apart. The only thing that kept me there for another year were my coworkers and regulars.

Upper management has no clue what they’re doing. Lack of communication. We’ve gone through four general managers in one year. Inconsistent. Overworked, underpaid and under appreciated Asked to do extra work without any acknowledge or pay increase.
