Pros
Honestly, I have been with Maro Direct as an employee of TNI for over a year now and I must say that it is a great company with many perks! Recently we have just had NEW Management take over and a new location which has made all the difference! Although I have always enjoyed working here, recently it's just made a turn for the better! Whats not to like?... We are all a positive family and actually enjoy coming to work; We have a great new Management Team, with A LOT of growth opportunity, and pay is great as well (AS LONG AS YOU WORK AT IT!). To be honest the average that the Customer Service Reps make is $15/hr but there are a few of us that make $19+/hr on our way to opening up our own offices... it really boils down to the work that you put in, obviously anybody that is lazy and doesn't try wont be paid the same as someone who go's over and beyond- which is another thing I love, There aren't other people that do no work making more money than those of us who actually try and work hard! Oh, and I can't forget the AMAZING BENEFITS!!! even my Chiropractor couldn't believe how great our benefits package was! (lol) and those corporate bonuses laid out by TNI (LOVE IT!!!!!) Overall, I love this place and can't wait as we continue to expand! :) :) :)
Cons
Every work place has it's ups and downs... I guess i would say the ultimate cons could be that the first 2 weeks of training for most reps are normally paid at minimum wage (But at least their paying to train us and sometimes lay out bonuses if any new reps do really well their first two weeks- which accumulates to A LOT More per hour! and right after the first two weeks our wage goes up!!! Oh... and if you don't like being a happy person, being part of a family oriented team, ACTUALLY Working hard, and ultimately helping our clients by communicating with the consumers and actually helping them, then I would say that this isn't for you...
