Pros

Creative branding, good website, great office location, competitive product pricing since everything is manufactured in Asia, solid manufacturing logistics. Nice office.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, poor culture, no growth, high employee turnover, low customer loyalty, no environmental concerns, pad time with mundane meetings.

Pros

Work/Life Balance. Being connected to a mission that is greater than myself. Making an impact in a notoriously wasteful industry. Ability to bring my full, authentic self to work in a dynamic, supportive, respectful, work family pride environment. Intellectually stimulating, character building, and personal/professional growth

Cons

Small-ish, TEAL workplace with a lot of reliance on self-accountability to the team may not be for everyone. Personally I consider it an asset.
