It is fascinating to work with many of the telecommunication industry giants. Having worked in a variety of technology sectors, working at MYCOM-OSI appeals to my need to be challenged while offering gratification in knowing what we do enables our customers to offer best in class services. As a member of a geographically dispersed workgroup, there is a real sense of connectedness amongst our team because embedded in the company’s DNA is a teamwork attitude.

MYCOM-OSI is not a household name.

Compelling and timely marketing campaigns, globally diverse teams, few established Tier 1 anchor customers, a number of key long-time employees.

The company lacks agility expected of a smaller company, takes one size fits all approach to most customers. Too much artificial hierarchy and process for its size. Unrealistic expectations across the board.
