cool offices, gym, cafeteria, some cool services but please consider other factors before deciding to join this company which has pretty good marketing strategy and can fool you into believing it is a nice place to work
Cons
the managers are usually super young and inexperimented to manage people. they tend to treat their employees like they are just disposable and they change their minds very often over the strategy they want to implement. so when they recruit you and ask you to join them asap, they might be sincere but then they are likely to realize that they don't need you. they shall treat people with more respect and also have a consistent strategy so that every one in the company can know where they are going and what is expected of them. they should not hire people without being 100% sure they want/need someone in this position.
