Run on strong morals & values, we always do the right thing, by our people & our customers. Family feel - sounds cliche but it's so true, family means everything to Amrinder, our CEO, and he would do anything for any one of the team, as would we all. This has been particularly appreciated throughout the pandemic where I feel the business couldn't have done more to help me. Amrinder (CEO) and the Leadership team are incredibly transparent about all aspects of the business, from financials to recruitment to growth strategies - an honesty that is refreshing and highly valued. We didn't really do remote working before COVID so it was quite new to us all but the way the business has continued to run and what we've been able to achieve whilst all at home is amazing - the flexible working element is something we'll continue to do and offers me the ability to work how and where I can be most productive. Given autonomy to make decisions and act to add value. Great benefits. We're on an exciting journey and to know that my contribution is helping move the organization in the right direction is incredibly rewarding.
