A little let down by the company. - Senior Project Manager MWH Treatment Employee Review

I was surprised by the misogyny by a senior member of staff. When I reported my concerns, other staff members (some senior) closed ranks and denied knowing about it. Others even stated I should have kept quiet as the truth upset the team, so I had to leave. The staff turnover is astounding, which should ring bells to senior management.
