      -Good co-workers, fairly flexible hours (still approx 8-5 M-F on site) -Interesting analyses -Overtime, weekend/holiday bonus pay

      -Pay is low. New Ulm is fairly expensive to live in for a rural town. -Experience can vary by department. -Overtime can be excessive if you don't watch out for yourself.
