      Collegiate colleagues, supportive HR, genuinely groundbreaking designs, involvement in projects at every single level, great parties

      Not specific to MVRDV but architecture in general - macro and microeconomic trends in real estate make setting direction more difficult

      Playful and chill working environment and a lot of off-work activities. Easy to hang out and make connections with other interns.

      Cons

      Doing a lot of competitions which normally have very tight and intense schedules. 600euro/month...
