Nothing beats the level of happiness that MVP.dev has provided to my team. For more than 10 years of my working career, this is the first time that I really feel so motivated to work in every day. When I worked in Accenture before, I thought it was my ideal company, but it turned out that MVP.dev is more ideal for me. In the sense that I could really feel what work-life balance should be, I only experienced it here at MVP.dev.

Sometimes, the management is way too lenient in treating their employees and some would somehow take the advantage of it, but I know this is manageable.
