Pros
There is a lot of diversity in staff and there is definitely a sense of team spirit. The people make the company.
Cons
1. Disorganized HR hiring process from beginning to end. Decentralized and lack of consistency. Missing a lot of information. When you ask questions to main benefits team there is no feedback. Difficult to navigate getting benefits and 401K unless you are part of the union. 2. Upper management has competing priorities and difficulty expressing constructive feedback
