Pros

For the benefit of everyone who reads this review, please know that I didn't hurriedly write it; instead, it's just my opinion, uninfluenced by anyone else. 1. MTX is a good place to learn from scratch; if you are a fresher, trust me, you would learn multiple things that would definitely help you from a growth perspective. 2. Exposure to a wide range of topics that are rarely covered by large corporations. 3. A small world in which you can quickly meet people and share knowledge; 4. You can contribute great ideas, which will be implemented after discussion. 5. MTX doesn't stop you from learning, provided you have that passion to learn. 6. Competitive salaries 7. Salesforce partners, and we all know Salesforce is a hot cake in the market. 8. No micromanagement as long as you conduct yourself ethically. 9. Excellent hikes or bonuses if you fit the bill. 10. Give your efforts some credit and applaud them. 11. Events to ensure that team members are connected to and familiar with one another

Cons

MTX has hired some immature leaders in India who don't know how to handle people or maintain confidentiality, and those leaders have less experience managing large teams. Personally, I believe MTX should hire some good leaders who are objective and treat everyone equally. 2. Management does not understand the resourcing model and keeps moving people from one project to another, leaving the resource unsure of what to do and how to do it. 3. I believe MTX has hired some people from the same families and encourages nepotism, which is not uncommon in larger MNCs 4. Job security is the most pressing concern after so many layoffs in the United States. Management should recognize that when people are hired from India, they require job security because they have EMIs to pay, and the Indian market is not as strong as it is in the United States, where we can get jobs faster. 5. Work-life balance is in jeopardy, particularly for developers and testers, and management should investigate because money cannot buy work-life balance. Making someone TL with 3-5 years of experience is not a good idea because they are still learning and will be ready to take on the role when the time comes. 7. Consultants and junior resources in some MNCs are elevated to the position of director, despite their inability to run the company. 8. There is no process at all; simply go with the flow. 9. I've heard that some directors use foul language; trust me, this does not happen in large MNCs, and HR will immediately fire them. 10. Hikes do not occur on time, causing people to become disorganized. 11. Unwanted meetings discussing the same issues over and over demonstrate India's leaders' immaturity. 12. No assistance when escalations occur, making that resource the scapegoat. 13. Indian festivals are ignored, and people are forced to work. 14. As a smaller MNC, MTX should be aware of this and avoid using this model in favor of hiring some less qualified corporate employees. 15. Arguments between people occur more frequently than people take the initiative.

Pros

Unmatched Career Velocity: If you are ambitious and want to level up quickly, MTX is the place to be. The company provides massive exposure to high-impact projects (especially in the public sector) that allow you to grow your skillset much faster than at a traditional "Big 4" firm. Commitment to Learning: Management truly invests in your professional development. There is a strong emphasis on gaining certifications in Salesforce, Google Cloud, and AWS, often with the company covering costs and providing the necessary resources. Collaborative Spirit: The "Maverick" culture is real. You are surrounded by incredibly smart, driven people who are always willing to jump on a call and help you solve a technical roadblock. Visionary Leadership: The leadership team is passionate and forward-thinking. They aren't afraid to pivot or adopt new technologies like AI and advanced data analytics to stay ahead of the market. Impactful Work: It is incredibly rewarding to work on projects that directly improve government services and community outcomes. You can actually see the positive impact of the applications you build.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The speed of delivery is intense. While this is great for growth, it requires a high level of adaptability and strong time-management skills to stay on top of your deliverables.
