Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I agree that our employee-owned culture is unique and important. It's also important that we maintain our culture as we grow. Our core values are discussed often as company decisions are made. I think our benefits are a great example of how we strive to keep our culture intact, even as we hire more people and the company grows and as our industry becomes more competitive.
