11yThanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I agree that our employee-owned culture is unique and important. It's also important that we maintain our culture as we grow. Our core values are discussed often as company decisions are made. I think our benefits are a great example of how we strive to keep our culture intact, even as we hire more people and the company grows and as our industry becomes more competitive. Taking care of great people is at the core of what we do and it sounds like it is going well from your perspective, which is great to hear. Please let us know if you have any suggestions in the future.
