Business outlook
Pros
MTSI has great people who are really committed to the work they do. Our leadership team is very open and honest about company performance. The pay and benefits are great. We are an employee owned company so we get to share in the success of the company as well.
Cons
There isn't too much I can say here. Perhaps just that our infrastructure could use some improvement. We are a growing company and our infrastructure has lagged that growth a bit. But I think it's being addressed in the near future.
