A dynamic company with a clear vision - Anonymous employee MTI Technology Employee Review

Have been with MTI a while now, and I can say its one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Senior management have a clear vision on where they want to take the business, and how they want to get there. I'd say the environment is "relaxed but focused". The business has high expectations, but rewards people who deliver. Staff are encouraged to be innovative in their thinking and the management team welcome new ideas.
