      No Con's that warrant a complaint or negative review. The PTO/Vacation time could be better.

      Pros

      Honest dispatch with little to no waiting for loads. New equipment with occasional preloaded trailers. Decent $100 a week family insurance. No BS from dispatch. Pet policy no deposit. Great loads with decent pay.

      Cons

      Usual fight with maintainence for repairs of any kind. Fluids and last minute equipment only purchased OTC at TA/Petro. 8' drop tarps only no snap binders. Minimal night time dispatch.
