Pros
You often set your own work pace. Minimal micro-management. Good co-workers. Some travel opportunities.
Cons
Training leaves much to be desired. Pay is not the best. I feel the job and pay are slightly unbalanced by about $3-5 per hour. Travel was in the initial job description, but now is almost non-existant. The per diem makes a big difference in our salary.
