Pros
Can travel to different areas of the state, and see a variety of people to work with, as well as all types of clients..making for a well-rounded experience.
Cons
Have to be extremely flexible...as each company has different rules and requirements...Additionally all the different protocols are a challenge to the safety factor,, eg a clerk may bag a prescription and dispense to a patient a prescription before it has been checked and is finally ready at one location vs another where that could never happen. A pharmacist in this specialty has to be extremely cautious and try to be equally efficient as well.
