Amazing place to work! - Anonymous employee MSM (NY) Employee Review

The people are amazing, from top down they care about what they do. Never been around a bunch of people that are in sync trying to achieve the same goal. Collaboration is happening everywhere. The pay is good with lots of PTO. The owner is constantly doing things for the employees (extra PTO, lunches, gift cards, etc). There is a software program that's only purpose is for employees to recognize one anther for great work or going above and beyond. This give employees points which can be spent in an online store. We also produce some amazing spaces, it great to see a design come to life and to get to touch and feel it.

It's not the about the company as much as it is about the industry. There are hard and fast deadlines that need to be met. In addition you are working on several projects at once, making it very fast paced. If you thrive in that kind of environment, you will love the industry and therefore the company. If you like stagnant, every day the same and mellow you probably will not like this business.

I’ve been at MSM for a few years now, and I love working here. MSM strongly values hard work and alignment with its core values, which creates a motivating and supportive environment for those who are a good fit here - with a lot of opportunity for learning and growth. Everyone collaborates to achieve incredible results, and it's inspiring to work alongside such dedicated and talented individuals who genuinely care about their work and each other’s success - we have a fantastic team of people here at MSM. Not to mention, the clients we work with are amazing! Seeing incredible projects go from ideation to completion is fulfilling and keeps you engaged every day. If you're ready to put in the effort and embrace the company’s values, I would highly recommend working at MSM.

There are 2 times each year that are extremely busy for us at MSM, with several big projects at once, but pushing through those busy seasons can be very rewarding. If you are not fully aligned with the core values, or are not looking for a fast-paced environment where every day can be different, MSM may not be the place for you.
