Pros

lax work environment coworkers are generally nice

Cons

Minimal training and by minimal i mean you get to know the colors if you're lucky. must learn all of it as you go Management tells you one thing, does the complete and total opposite. They pay you low and work you hard. be prepared to do lots of things out of your job description mediocrity at every level of the hierarchy as far as management is concerned. turnaround is downright bizarre. In a year i have seen at least 25 employees leave the company. Unless you are related to or a family friend of a higher up, good luck advancing in this company employee appreciation is laughable. Indian owned company so everyone speaks Indian around you even if you're not. Total lack of professionalism, and communication. Good work is met with more work. All in all the people mean well but in all honesty do not care enough to really pay attention to whats going and why employees are unhappy.

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
