Company pays well, has a laid back schedule, supports employees, has good benefits, there's room for growth and training and moving around the company.

Paid every 15th and last day of the month isn't great when you are an hourly employee. I wish we got paid every 2 weeks and had 26 pay checks a year instead of the 24. But that's a small con.

Great People, workload varies from department-to-department. Donuts on Wednesday, Good benefits, decent bonus. Decent culture. People aren't miserable. Vacation is actually fairly generous especially if you stay.

The pay isn't amazing, they bank on the fact you're helping patients. If that helps you and you're tired of building military equipment this is a great place to work.
