Company pays well, has a laid back schedule, supports employees, has good benefits, there's room for growth and training and moving around the company.

Paid every 15th and last day of the month isn't great when you are an hourly employee. I wish we got paid every 2 weeks and had 26 pay checks a year instead of the 24. But that's a small con.

Great culture and company, lots of long time employee's which shows that the place is a rock solid place to work. Work is exciting considering you get to be involved with helping make people's lives better and sometimes save peoples lives.

Sometimes the longer time employee's don't really understand the current job market and how hard it is. It's understandable that they can be jaded. It's a great place to work.
