Pros
New products and the market is good, so easy to try things out on clients. Some of ineffective senior managers have left.
Cons
A lot of hurdles. Your basic jungle. A lot of mistrust and secrecy, especially from head office. A lot of unprofessional behavior there and other offices. Home offices face unclear future. People have survived in their shaky roles by charming the visiting management executives, and otherwise just partying when the king is gone. And targeting co-workers. A lot of the people can't easily work anywhere else. What a mess.
