      Pros

      Employees were really taken care of during the pandemic (as a firm) Work-life balance is okay Flat organizational structure makes it easy to reach out to people higher up in the ladder

      Cons

      Complaints against direct managers can fall on deaf ears. Not even reaching out to HRG helped. Could very well be just one person making an entire team miserable though and doesn't necessarily reflect on the firm A lot of paperwork still in the age of technology
