7yThank you for your feedback. MSCI provides a number of development programs designed to continuously improve the leadership and management capabilities of our managers. These programs are provided globally in a number of flexible learning formats including live in-person, live virtual and eLearning, across global time-zones to allow our managers to participate throughout the year. We also provide the opportunity for managers to increase their awareness through 360 and other development assessments that enable them to prioritize their development needs and take relevant development actions.
In addition, MSCI recognizes and values the variety of backgrounds and unique skill sets of all of us. MSCI is committed to developing a diverse workforce and maintaining an inclusive environment for every individual. In 2018, MSCI launched the Executive Diversity Council (EDC), which is comprised of 21 employees from all regions of the world. In 2016, MSCI became a member of Catalyst, “a leading non-profit organization with the mission to accelerate progress for women through workplace inclusion.” MSCI’s Board of Directors includes 4 women, which represents 33% of directors. In addition, MSCI Pride was launched in 2018 and is a global employee resource group for MSCI’s LGBTQ employees and allies.
