8yThank you for your comment. MSCI evaluates managers annually based on their engagement scores and their ability to retain Top Talent. This is a process where we can learn as an organization where our poor managers are and what development needs they may have. All employees have the opportunity to give anonymous feedback to managers though our engagement survey. In adition, I would encourage you to share your feedback with your local HR Generalist.
