Sometimes did not offer the right types of support. Need to share more of deal profits with employees. Always offered help, but if help was asked for, it was not necessarily looked upon favorably.
Basic “here’s a desk good luck to you” shop. They’ll sell you on a collaborative team culture and deliver on zilch. Don’t expect to be brought onto any of their listings worth while.
