Pros
Great people, fun company gatherings and outings.
Cons
Pay is low, not much flexibility, "old boys" network. You will succeed if you get on the right side of partners/owner. The "A" team always gets the "A" projects.. No professional development, little room for advancement. Compensation is stagnant, no raises, bonuses decreased 50% over 5 year period.
