Pros
The owners are very open and receptive to change and compromise. The people I work with are good people who mean well and work hard towards that goal. They are trying to create a family type atmosphere and very laid back.
Cons
The benefits are terrible compared to larger companies. The time-off requests are looked upon unfavorably and often times make you feel guilty. They sometimes tell you one thing but do something else although it is often unintended. It also creates unintended harm and falsely leads people to a different expectation.
