The people I worked with were fantastic. Good group of hard working individuals who cared about their work. -Free lunch -Fun atmosphere -Beer
Cons
A majority of the leadership team is awful. They lead by fear and think screaming at you for everything is the best way to make you learn from your mistake. No work life balance. You'll be taking your laptop home on weekends, working late hours, and coming back to a mountain of work should you ever take time off.
