      Supportive colleagues and a welcoming team culture. Exposure to various departments and digital workflows. Good opportunity to observe agency dynamics. Friendly work environment with a positive atmosphere. Open communication and approachable management.

      Cons

      The role was newly created and lacked clear structure. Expectations were not clearly defined from the beginning. There was little to no formal training or onboarding. Tasks were mostly reactive or based on ad hoc needs. The position turned out to be less essential than anticipated.

      Pros

      The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

      Cons

      There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
