Pros
- hybrid (can be flexible and go home early for a day in office) - unlimited time off - 21+ Day Holiday Time Off - Great work/life balance - Amazing people and managers - Transparent leadership - Competitive salary
Cons
- Big reliance in one area of business which can cause job uncertainty if they area of business moves - Say that data and technology is at the center but a lot of new business has been for creative and CRM - Departments are within their own silos even if they have the same client (little communication between account team and analytics team for example) - No salary transparency - Used to have World Mental Health Day off and now we don't
