None. The high turnover of interns and high performers should be a warning to all.

Cons

Be warned: many of the 5-star reviews you see here and on other social sites are not genuine. Management pressures employees to leave fake positive feedback to mask the high turnover and internal chaos. Leadership from Director level to Tech Leads across in EMEA and North America operates on a "Yes-Sir" basis. Professionalism is ignored in favor of ego-stroking and "buttering up" the leads. Hardworking, loyal, and high-performing employees are actively pushed out if they don't blindly follow arbitrary rules that often contradict official company policies. "Follow or Leave" Mentality: There is no room for constructive feedback or innovation. If you don't flatter the senior leadership, you are targeted for exit, regardless of how much value you bring to the company. Hiring is heavily biased toward personal relations and blood relatives. These groups form "power blocks" to rule the company, making it impossible for merit-based employees to succeed. Management gathers personal information to use as leverage for compliance. This is a dangerous environment for women and anyone who values professional boundaries.

Pros

There are some genuinely talented people across the company, and I had the chance to work on interesting projects in real estate

Cons

The way restructuring was handled felt cold and transactional. Employees were told their roles were ending, but were still expected to keep working through a long transition period, document everything they know, and complete extensive knowledge transfer requirements. Severance was tied to broad conditions and final approvals, which made the process feel less like support and more like leverage. What made it worse was the tone. Leadership messaging talked a lot about respect, dignity, and the future, but the actual experience felt very different. It created a real sense of betrayal, especially for employees who had spent years contributing, adapting, and going above and beyond.
