Pros

Not a single point to consider as pros.

Cons

First of all company size is 20-30 employees and if you check the company profile they have mentioned around 500+ employees Policies changes when management feels that it is in favour of employees. Management is very bad. They treat their employees like slaves. When you are on notice period they will not pay your salary without any prior notice. When employee resigns, he will be treated as traitor and will be tortured. Salary always credited late sometimes it is around 2 months. F&F settlement can take up to 2-3 years with lots of begging to the management. Even they do not receive your calls and do not reply to your emails.

Pros

Company have good Project for initial learning for 1-2 Years. Friendly Environment in Middle layer of Team

Cons

If You are ready for working 24*7 and thinks there is no family in life, than its good for you. Sr management like you to work like this. Everyday Company invokes with Emergency Changes and Fire in Market. Core Teams are understood to deliver on time, but this does not apply on HR, You will never get your Appraisal on time for that you need to wait for more than 3-4 month every year. Only Sr Management get good appraisal so be ready for this also. Your Expected Salary will come to you in form of PLI, that will get when you stay here for more than a year. Company is forcing you to follow "PROCESS" and on same time you will have to work without process once you receive mail from Sr management.. this happens almost every day.

No vision, no strong policy, no perk and benefits to employees in terms of appraisal, promotion, grievances, etc 4. HR department is powerless 5. No working culture, people come for exposure but unfortunately gets exploit.
