Mpact is a fast growing business. Management likes to hire within first so there are plenty of opportunities to grow and move up within company. Company does not micro manage.

Its a high growth company so things are constantly changing. This can be good or bad based on how comfortable you are with change.

Relaxed work environment and growth opportunities

Lack of structure, lack of support from upper management- regardless of how many times employees express the need for a functioning CRM, more staff, and other resources, they are not given to the team leaving the current staff overloaded with the amount of work that needs to get done which leads to things falling through the cracks and therefore creating even more work later on. Work/life balance is difficult to achieve as you will more than likely have to take work home as well as staying extra hours, if you don't then you and your team will suffer the next day. Multiple employees have left because they felt were set up for failure, being overworked and underpaid.
