Physical therapy technician - PT/OT Technician MPOWER Performance Institute Employee Review

I love working at MPOWER and love that I can help with patient care and learn as a tech before I go to PT school. Clinic managers care about us and put a lot of work into making sure we are supported every day. My current manager who is actually just temporary and is over all locations normally has taken the time to get to know me and the rest of the clinic team so that we are still learning, growing and being challenged to be better and do better. We just had a company wide meeting and it was cool to hear that the managers started out as techs or even patients and grew into management which shows commitment and loyalty and makes me want to come back after PT school. We work hard but the people (and the patients for the most part) make it so fun and rewarding every day. I honestly like coming to work every day and can’t see my self being anywhere else.

Hard to get to know people at other locations Wish there were more ways to earn more compensation as a tech

They are very understanding and accommodating in regards to schedule availability. Compensation is market appropriate.
