I agree with you that we’d like to keep working on how we can make our benefits offering better. We’ve invested a lot in that over the last two years but there is definitely more to do with some improvements in the works right now.       Pros

      Excellent working culture. Great benefits. Office space is beautiful, good parking, lots of food and beverages. Hybrid-remote work. Business is expanding. Lots of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Growth periods come with team fluctuations and reorganization.

      Flexible schedule, open communication, benefits, yearly pay reviews, quarterly trips to meet up with co-workers, equipment provided
