      I am working with their partner Tenet offshore their management is not good, office politics, manager whole family is working in same company so he gives prioritise over all of us No increment :- as our manager told us , we are not doing above company expectation work (means not doing extra work after 8-9 hours of duty) Work pressure after giving all effort gets

      Pros

      MPG has a phenomenal work environment, the people are friendly, they do a lot for their employees, great vacation time and benefits, a lot of flexibility to move to different accounts, overall a great place to get a career started

      Cons

      Entry level compensation is very low (but probably comparable to similar positions at other agencies), working hours differ immensely depending on the account you work on (some work 9-5, some work 9-8).
