Having worked for MOSAIC for 8 years, during which I have filled roles both on contract and in the corporate office, as well as having previous business experience with both small and large companies I believe I have good insight into what employees want from an employer. MOSAIC treats the employees like people, not just numbers. Your opinions, suggestions, and ideas matter and the Executive team is always open to listening to you. They treat the employees well, and provide them with constructive feedback, training plans, goals and annual reviews, which helps individuals expand on their skill set and experience. The corporate team works endlessly to ensure the contract staff are supported in every way and the employees are well taken care of. At MOSAIC, you feel like you are part of a large family!
MOSAIC offers its employees opportunities to grow within their position as well as branch out into new roles. When one door closes, they are ready to open another for you. Promoting from within is important so often an employee is elevated to a higher labor category instead of filling the opening with someone new.
