Pros
Highly competitive compensation package (salary, insurance, time off, training, 401(k) program, etc.). The company really wants to do right by the employees, even though some employees don't realize or appreciate it. I worked for the government for almost 20 years. I've worked for a number of companies since but I've stayed with MOSAIC the longest because it is a growing company that still wants to focus on the people that are closest to the client. Based on continuously listening to employee feedback, the company continues to make adjustments in benefits that help employees. For instance, the company changed insurance benefits mid-way through 2016 that allowed employees to have more take home pay in their immediate paychecks. This year, the company adjusted its 401(k) program from being a discretionary contribution based on government award fees and other profits to a committed program with payments every pay check.
Cons
Expectations for support staff is very high. If you know your assigned profession and do more than the bare minimum, you'll be fine. But if you expect kudos for doing average work or want to make excuses for when you come up short, this is not the company for you.
