Worst employer I worked at - Anonymous employee MOL Group Employee Review

I quit from my job, because it was no growing possibility. My manager received a big bonus after my improvement idea, she only worked 3 hours per day and she was raising a child during working hours and I had to perform her tasks. I didn't receive any salary increase, while my tasks grew. The management used very vulgar words during official online meeting, like in a pub. Communication and organisational skills for new projects are zero. The company stucked in the middle age, many ppl leaving, because they don't value their workers.
