Pros
I was able to learn HR responsibilities, duties and perform the functions needed with the state that I didn't get to use before. Being able to work hand in hand with my shop workers, designers, project managers, etc., has made this job not just a job but a family. We work together as a team.
Amazing perks each morning is the McDonald's coffee or Starbucks and Lunch each afternoon. (Can't go wrong here)
Being able to bring my child to work when she has no school and I have to wait for the sitter to get her or picking her up from school early and bringing her back to the office for the remainder of the day is a blessing. She is part of the MODS Squad and proud of it.
Family is first here at MODS Client Services. Doug will give the shirt off his back.
MODS gives to many charities as well especially the animal shelters. Saving the abused dogs is very important here.
Cons
Every construction company has there ups and downs but when you all stick together you get through it. When a customer don't pay it makes it hard to pay a vendor.
We have old employees that were fired due to their own wrong doings leaving horrible reviews or customers that owe us money also leaving bad reviews.
You can't base all bad reviews on the whole company.
