Pros
I don't know who these negative people are. I am a current full-time employee and I am very happy with my job. The company is growing exponentially, has an awesome new team and gives me opportunities to learn and grow in my professional career. The owner is very helpful and promotes teamwork, delegation of tasks and employee empowerment. Lots of pizza parties :)
This company recently got rid of the dead weight that wants a free ride on unemployment.
