Salary will be credited on time. Job security as Modec doesnot retrench even at extreme situation.
Cons
Horrible workplace culture. Lots of politics. Employees are used as minions or foreign workers to do more than what a person should be handling. Management is only after money and they will pressurise employees to finish the job as quickly as one can without any mistakes. Very long working hours and it is nothing more than a small local company run by indian and japanese bosses. Lots of partiality between a person holding Employment person and a PR/citizen of singapore. I suggest that a person holding EP/SP will be exploited to the fullest extent. Worst company i have ever worked for. HR is totally useless and there is no transparency at all. My biggest regret is that i stayed there for so long.
