Management don't care that Technicians are stood down each year - Technician MOBIA Technology Innovations Employee Review

Office staff and Management are paid Salary and are always kept working. Technicians are paid hourly and are stood down for long periods each year ,The work is seasonal even though management wont tell you that,stood down every Christmas for months at a time never knowing when or if you will be asked back. Management are full of broken promises, very much a them and us company. Technicians only find out about company events by word of mouth, they aren't included on emails.
