Pros
The company has one of the best health benefits available for a small cost to the employees. The environment is friendly because everyone is comfortable with one another as a result of the hiring processes currently in place. The flexibility offered to the employees is astounding in comparison to other employers in the market. Good work is noticed by management and employees are all treated equally.
Cons
The cons are uncontrollable in this case. There are a few employees with poor attitudes that like to try to bring down the employees who are working hard and continuing to make this place a great place to work. Miserable people should find new jobs.
