It's an environment that genuinely makes you feel both valued and empowered. What stood out was how approachable leadership was – they truly listened to feedback and consistently showed a clear focus on employee well-being and growth. From a development perspective, the opportunities were abundant. I loved being able to jump into cross-functional projects, and the internal mobility options were great. The superiors were incredibly supportive of upskilling, actively encouraging us to attend conferences and industry events to keep us at the top of our game.
