      Pros

      can't think of any. basically, you will get experience on how to deal working with the internal employees.

      Cons

      Unestablished work processes, not firm on decision making makes the processes longer that it should take, inefficient. you have to work 'smart' and find own alternative. otherwise it will backfire yourself.
