Pros

Colleagues are friendly and welcoming, senior management not so much.

Cons

No Phone signal, cannot connect to WIFI-how is this happening in this day and age. MJCA are still in the 1980s. Everything has to be proofed several times which leads to delays for clients receiving work. Do they not trust their employees. More senior staff are favourtised when it comes to salary reviews.,flexible working patterns. No annual bonus. HR is a joke, entice you to come and work for the company and then it all changes. Staff are overworked, working evenings, weekends and no extra compensation. Stay away from this company. It will not do your mental health any good
